Ever After Wedding Planner is designed to help couples organize and plan their weddings. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Ever After Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on how you subscribe.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you originally purchased it.

If offered, free trials automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

• Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's refund policies.
• Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies.
• Purchases made directly through our website are governed by applicable payment processor policies.

You retain ownership of the information, photos, budgets, guest lists, and planning content you upload.

You grant Ever After permission to store and process this information solely for providing the service.

Everly AI provides planning suggestions and organizational assistance. AI-generated content is intended as guidance and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.

We strive to keep Ever After available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

All branding, design, software, text, graphics, and features of Ever After Wedding Planner are owned by Ever After unless otherwise noted and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Ever After is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Ever After constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
