• Profile Preferences: Wedding date, partner name, and aesthetic preferences you enter to personalize your dashboard.
• Communication Data: Emails you send to our support team and any feedback you voluntarily provide.

Everly is your AI wedding planning concierge. When you chat with Everly, your messages are sent to our AI service provider to generate helpful responses.

• We do not use your wedding planning data (guest lists, budgets, vendor details) to train AI models.
• Conversations are processed in real time and are not retained by our AI provider beyond the session.
• We enforce a daily usage cap to ensure fair access and prevent abuse.
• You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information (social security numbers, financial account numbers) in AI chats.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our app.

• Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and core planner functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and layout choices for a smoother experience.
• Analytics Cookies: Help us understand which features are most helpful so we can improve the app. You can opt out through your browser settings.

We use analytics tools to understand how brides interact with Ever After and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and to show relevant ads to brides who may benefit from Ever After. This does not identify you personally.
• Server-Side Events: For accuracy and privacy, we send conversion events server-side rather than relying solely on browser pixels.
• You can opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your cookie preferences or using your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

• We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers.
• Stripe handles all payment information in compliance with industry security standards.
• We store your subscription status, billing history, and promotional code usage to manage your account.
• When you apply a promotional code (such as BRIDEBESTIE), we record the code and resulting subscription terms for billing accuracy.

Protecting your wedding planning data is a responsibility we take seriously.

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected with TLS (HTTPS).
• Encryption at Rest: Your planner data is encrypted when stored in our database.
• Row-Level Security (RLS): Your wedding data is isolated so only you (and authorized admins, when necessary for support) can access it.
• Password Security: Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We never store plain-text passwords.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

You have control over your data. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access & Export: You can view and export your wedding planning data at any time from within your account.
• Correction: You can update your account information and planner details directly in the app.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Portability: Upon request, we can provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Objection: You can opt out of marketing communications and certain analytics tracking at any time.
